It has come to our recent attention that an individual by the name of Mohamad Kasyful Azim bin Mohamad Suhaimi (also known as “Kasyful” or “KC”) has been impersonating as a McDonald’s Malaysia employee to carry out unauthorised and unlawful sales activities.

Kasyful claims to be a McDonald’s “Local Store Marketing Associate” who can provide various McDonald’s large order services such as catering, parties, meetings & events, special occasions, meal packages and issuance of gift certificates. 

According to investigations of multiple past incidents, Kasyful has also been issuing fake invoices using the McDonald’s logo and seeking upfront partial payments from unknowing customers to his own private account. 

Kindly note on the clarifications below:

1. Mohamad Kasyful Azim bin Mohamad Suhaimi (also known as “Kasyful” or “KC”) is not our employee.

2. He is not authorised by McDonald’s Malaysia to carry out any sales related activities as above mentioned.

3. We do not authorise any of our employees to issue any form of invoice or collect payments using their private accounts.

Our company has filed police reports against Kasyful and is currently seeking legal advice.
