In regards to a reported incident at a McDonald's® DT outlet in Johor Bharu, our team has been working closely with the authorities to investigate the event to establish the exact circumstances surrounding the incident.

Please be assured that we have always given our fullest cooperation to the authorities and the authorities have also been given full access to our personnel and CCTV. We believe that our strong cooperation has contributed to the authorities being able to conduct a speedy investigation leading to an arrest of a suspect.
