hello everyone! I’m nominating my favourite English teacher. A good teacher who doesn’t care about his/her pay and help kids develop physically, emotionally and socially is literally an angel. So as my English teacher, Mr Brian Cheong Chi Hou. He has been teaching me only for three months now but my friends and I are really close with him. He always jokes around in class and makes the class interesting. He is also an understanding teacher. He talks to students personally and counsels us. He is an easy-going person too. Although this year is a hectic year for me as I am sitting for PT3, he tries his best to make the class as fun as possible. Sometimes, he bakes us delicious cakes. A month ago, a teacher talked bad about my class but Mr. Brian defended and told us that he will protect us until he dies. That moment just captured my attention and my heart melted. Lately, he also organised EduRace. He shed his blood and tears to make this race as amazing as possible. He had sleepless nights planning this race. He sacrificed his time to buy things and set up this race apart from his buzy schedule. He then said, “I don’t do things like this for the raise, I do thing like this for the love of my kids.” That line just touched our hearts. It was so sweet when he said that to us. He did all this to just make his kids happy. A few days back, my friends and I had extra class in school. He bought us doughnuts. That was so sweet of him because he has only been with us for three months now and he really cares about his students. To me, Mr. Brian is someone who really inspires me. I would just like to thank Mr.Brian for all the things that he had done for us. I feel so grateful to get Mr. Brian as my English teacher in my life. He the best teacher I could ever get. With his guidance and support, I am sure I can score an A in English paper and make him proud. Once again, thank you Mr Brian.
