A role model is a person who inspires and encourages us to strive for greatness,live to our fullest potential and see the best in ourselves.A role model is someone we admire and someone we aspire to be like.We learn through them,through their commitment to excellence and through their ability to make us realize our own personal growth.We look to them for advice and guidance.A role model can be anybody,a parent,a sibling,a friend but some of our most influential and life changing role models are teachers.When you think of the type of teacher you'd like to admire,who comes to mind?The math teacher that helped you conquer fractions?The English teacher who wrote a great comments on your stories?The teacher that helped you discover a new sport,hobby,talent or maybe even nudged you down your current career path? There are many teachers in any school or college but only one of them becomes role models of any student.As for my role models,I choose my English teacher.She helps me a lot to improve my English skills.When I was still in primary school,I barely passes my English papers with flying colors.However,during my latest PT3 examination,due to her persistence and patientness,I managed to score grade A.The teacher that I've always been thankful was Puan Erma Farida Binti Abu Hasan.She was my English teacher from form 1 till now. I've never had any interest in English as I think it's one of bored and hard subject.However,teacher Erma inspired me a lot.Since my first examination results released,she keeps encourage me and said that I can improve my English skills.I barely give an attention to her at first but since I saw her persistence on how she teaches my classmates passionately,I change my mind.I started to learn more harder than before and pay a lot of attention during her classes.I also try to complete all of given homework from her.She notices my improveness and persuade me more.During my final exam in form 2,I managed to score grade B.She looks so happy and praised my hard work for all this time. When I'm in form 3,I felt a little bit scared as I'm going to sit for a big examination.However,teacher Erma calmed me down and said that I should trust for my own ability.Not only to me,she also gives some advice to my classmates said that we shouldn't felt scared as we've been working hard to achieve a good grades in our examination.To improved our English skills,se willed to come at our school and made an extra classes for us.She also buys us an extra book using her own money.A weeks away from our PT3 examination,she did an English camp for a day to discuss with us about question that already out from a previous years.At the end of the camp,she gives us a few advice and said that no matter what type of grades that we will get,she's already proud with our achievement.On the English examination days,she wait for us at the outside from an examination hall and wait for us patiently.She asked about our concern and said that we shouldn't worried as we've done our best.We felt more relieved. On the results announcement day,me and my my classmates anxiously wait for our principal to give an announcement about our results.She also wait for our result announcement together with us.As soon as I got my own result,I look at it impatiently and got a goosebumps when I saw that I managed to score grade A.I shed my tears and thank her as she already inspired me a lot.She's who already known as one of kind-hearted teacher at my school said that as a teacher,there's nothing that can cheer her up more than to see her student successful.I thank her continuously and hugged her out of my delightful feelings. Apart from being kind and nice to all of her students,she also had such an impressive way of teaching.Before coming to the classroom,she ensures her goals of education on daily basis.Every teacher had different qualities of teaching their students.They vary their knowledge,skills and attitude in teaching specific subjects.They try their best and do all efforts in helping us to achieve our goals in life.However,teacher Erma always have the most anticipating class as she always teach and brings something new to us. Teacher Erma also the best friends for her students as she already help them a lot in deciding true path in their life.She sets our goals of education through her collective roles of unique teaching and learning process.She also motivate us to work in harmony.She understands the problems of us and deal with us in both ways personally and professionally.She teachs us to have positive attitude towards life.A good teacher such as teacher Erma is one who only gives her students but nothing accepts whole life instead she become happy with the success of students.She is the one who provides a best model of future generation to her students.Proper education is the only way to remove social issues and corruption from the nation which ultimately lead to the real growth and development of nation. Teacher Erma,sometimes award her student for their great works however sometimes punish them to let then understand that they did something wrong which is bad for their life.She makes her students able to differentiate between right or wrong so that they can choose for right one in their life by fighting with wrong.She also understand that all students do not have same capacity to learn in the same way so she try to let them understand in their own way.I can always say that teacher Erma are one of teachers who keep her eyes on us for almost every day and never get tired from doing that thing.She fights her own exhausted to make sure that she will never fail to come and teach us at school.She also constantly helps us with our daily and even our personal problems. School life is considered as the best time for everyone's life as this is the time when everyone learns basic things about life and different subjects.All of us set our goals in school time which decides the development of our nation.Each and every student gets to open their mind in the school time and enhances their skills and also knowledge by participating in the co-curricular activities such as sports,games,quizzes,group discussion debates and many more. The teacher's profession is considered as the best and ideal profession in this world as they provide selfless duty to shape someone's life.Their commuted work cannot be compared to anything.They lead young ones from their childhood and make them fit mentally,socially and intellectually.Teachers are like common people who are from between us but they choose to do unusual job of teaching to their students.Thus,as a students,we should never hurt their feelings.We can't never deny a reality that their kindness couldn't never be repay by us.However,in order to show our gratitude feeling toward them,we can try to keep focuses during their class,score a good result during an examination and even help them to less their burden while carrying their things.As a good student,we also shouldn't never hurt their feeling,disobey their command or even fight their words. To sum it up,teachers are indeed the precious gift from God to us.A teacher is like a God as God is the builder of whole universe while a teacher is considered to be a builder of a good nation.A teacher literally have no different with our parents as they teach and take a good care of us at school while our parents teach and keep their eyes on us at home.Despite all of hardship they have to go through,they're still there,sit at their chair happily and wait for our attendance impatiently.Teacher kindness couldn't never be repay with a wealthy or even a stars as they work sincerely not for a fame but for their own satisfication.And for my role models who also happen to be my English teacher,I just hope that she will be granted with a happy and healthy life alongside with her beloved family.I can't never repay all of her patientness and kindness for all these times that she've already spent with me and my classmates to teach us leisurely.Thank you for all of your good deeds,teacher.
