She was my form 6 maths T teacher, i can honestly tell you, shes the best. Not just her teaching but she was also our good friend. The way she taught us was more like a study group than a lecture and it made me and my classmates enjoy maths very very much. She will make jokes but she is also serious when needed. She is a very caring teacher, whenever i have any problems whether it be a maths problem or a life problem, shes always there for me, she replies us quickly and her answers are always right. I remember during our last semester, she was only going to teach us halfway because she had to retire, unsatisfied, she open extra classes during the weekends and holidays( to our agreement ofcourse) and she would treat us with McDonald's everytime(no joke). Before she left she wanted to make sure we are ready to be pass down to the next lecturer. When she misses us after she retires, she would come by our school and buys us McDonalds'. Thinking back, we have always been receiving instead of giving to this amazing teacher. She has a tiny garden behind the school that grew many different kind of vegetables and she would share the biggest and juiciest to us and whenever she goes on a vacation, she would never forget to buy souvenirs for us. I even volunteered to make a speech for her during her retirement, honestly it was one of the worse day of my life, she came during my results day, she was on cloud 9 when i was the only student that achieved an A for maths. But little did she know, i owe her completely for that achievement. Thus i want to finally be able to give her something instead of receiving all the time because she is indeed the BEST teacher ive ever got. THANK YOU PN TAN (P.
