Senior Accounting Officer – Corporate Reporting
Responsibilities:
Assists in monitoring, reporting and analyses the company financial position & profitability and makes recommendations that impacted the business decisions.
Assists in annual budgeting process.
Liaise with auditors and tax agents.

Requirements:
Possess Degree in Finance / Accounting or part professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
3 - 4 years related working experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills. Experience with MS Access and financial modeling would be an added advantage.
Has strong business acumen, is analytical and possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
Result oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Real Estate Officer (Based in Johor Bahru & Penang)
Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate and prepare recommendation for the acquisition of quality sites.
Manages restaurant site acquisition process including liaising with property consultants and valuers, negotiating best terms and conditions with land vendors.
Liaises with company solicitors to ensure proper documentation of all acquisitions.
Pro-actively manage land zoning and development approval process to ensure shortest gestation period of all acquired sites.
Develop and maintain strong working relations with relevant government agencies and all players in the property market.

Requirements:
Degree in Property Management/Valuation/Land Administrations.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in property management related works.
Experience in property consultancy work or viability studies and understands the laws related to land/property as well as planning and development requirements.
Experience with an MNC or retail business in major oil companies will be an added advantage.
Understands basic land matters such as Title Deed, Ownership, Tenure, Restriction in Interest, Encumbrances etc.
Able to work closely with government departments such as Land Office, District Office, Valuation Department as well as Municipal Council.
Possesses strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Possesses own car, willing to travel outstation and work extended hours when necessary.

Asset Management Officer
Responsibilities:
Manage an assigned portfolio of restaurant leases (lease and rental negotiations, renewal & extension of tenancy, tenancy rewrites, financial implications & recommendations on remodels, refresh, closing analysis, relocations, expansions)
Manage a portfolio of kiosk leases and excess properties.
Maintain and update Restaurants Fact Sheets, Kiosks Fact Sheets and Excess Property Fact Sheets.
Ability to anticipate, enforce or resolve the lease rights of restaurants exceeding one year in operation.

Requirements:
Degree in Business or Finance or Estate Management or Property Management.
Minimum 3 years’ working experience in property management or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and in teams.
Legal understanding is an added advantage.

Information System Officer
Responsibilities:
Assist in executing testing & deployment of configuration changes in restaurant systems (Point of Sales, BackOffice, Delivery Systems)
Administer, support, troubleshoot and maintain the various restaurant systems for the users in the company.
Assist in compiling and generating monthly reports.
Participate in the development & testing and deployment of new systems & solutions in the company.

Requirements:
Must possess recognized degree in computing related areas.
Fresh graduates and entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
1-2 years related working experience applicants are welcome.
Must have strong technical acumen, analytical and problem solving skills.
Good knowledge and skills on Microsoft Platform such as Visual Basic, SQL Server, .NET programming, MS Excel VB macros.
