Customer Service Agent (Full-Time and Part-Time)
(Based in Kuala Lumpur, opposite Masjid Jamek LRT Station.) |
Responsibilities:

Attend to incoming calls such as order-taking calls, general enquiries, and customer feedbacks. |
| • |
To undertake any other assignments given by the Team Leader/ Supervisor/ Dept Head as and when the need arises |
Requirements:
| • |
Minimum SPM with basic Microsoft knowledge. |
| • |
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English. |
| • |
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. |
| • |
Able to work on rotating shift & work as a team. |
